We designed HeyGroop specifically to solve group communication challenges. We've all experienced people being added, removed, BCC'd in email. It gets more chaotic when someone changes the subject line or forwards an email.
Group text chains often stray from their original purpose, leading to unnecessary messages and cluttering the conversation with unrelated topics. We seen our share of compatibility problems between different devices (Android and iOS) that lead to issues with sending or receiving messages within group chats. Worse is when someone adds a new member in group texts and that person is not in your Contacts. All you see is a phone number. Who is that person?
